Welcome to our Group Programs for Adults.  We offer outstanding clinics for both men and women and with the best coaches in Colorado at Legacy Ridge and Walnut Creek.  You’ll have a blast and see dramatic improvement with our highly experienced PGA and LPGA coaches.  Our clinics are structured in a small group setting and average around four students so you’ll receive the highest quality coaching with more personalized time which is what you would expect from the Trent Wearner Golf Academy.  Think of it as individual coaching in a small group setting.

WHO:  Welcome2Golf is perfect for New Golfers or those with Little Experience.  Think of our programs as private lessons in a small group setting.  This allows you to get the best possible start to learning this game. 

While most new golfer group instruction programs around town are taught by beginner teachers, you won’t find that with us! You deserve a great coach and great coaching regardless if you’re new or experienced and that’s exactly what you’ll receive when you work with our expert coaches in our comfortable, easy-going environment.

Operation 36 is a phenomenal program based on shooting 36 over 9 holes where the golfer starts from yardages that are close to the green and progressing farther away with each successful round. The program goes over 6 weeks with three 9-hole play days.

WHO:  This class is best for golfers who have Some Experience.  Group sizes are always small and a good way to think of it is private coaching in a small group atmosphere.  It’s a fun, comfortable and non-intimidating environment.

Join Maggie or Erin for this limited opportunity! Includes 2 hours of on-course coaching. Each student will get one-on-one coaching as well as group coaching of trouble shots, decision-making, mental game, scoring and more. This will be a no-pressure, no-rush round of learning and fun! 

It is designed to help golfers improve scoring through smarter course management and decision making. Players will focus on shot selection, trouble shots, risk management, and strategic thinking while playing alongside a professional. This experience bridges the gap between practice and play, providing practical insight and real-time guidance golfers can immediately apply to their own rounds.

Chip & Sip for Ladies is a casual, fun short game specific clinic.  End your week with the Friday clinic by bringing your friends to this professionally coached program by PGA Member Maggie Hartman.  We all want to hit it better, but the low hanging fruit to getting better and lowering your scores is in the short game and putting – it’s a faster way to improve.  Beverages provided!

This is a 4-hour class on chipping, pitching, bunkers, and putting. We will cover old school vs modern short game theories, the science behind short game shots, and how to apply it all to your game. We believe in an artistic, athletic approach to putting and all short game shots. We do not teach one particular shot or method/theory. Combining the art and science allows you to be the most confident in your shot selection and technique under pressure. You will leave with proper practice activities and strategies.

WALNUT CREEK:  Clinic dates are March 29th, April 26, June 15th, July 6th 1:00-5:00 pm. Fall Clinics are Aug 2, Sept 13, Sept 27, Oct 11 from 10:00-2:00. A focused three and a half-hour golf school experience for players ready to take their game to the next level. This immersive clinic with Coach Erin Diegel, blends short-game scoring skills with full-swing fundamentals to build confidence, consistency, and smarter shot-making. Through structured instruction and targeted drills, golfers will learn where scores are made and leave with simple, effective tools they can take straight to the course. You will leave with a personalized plan for both full swing and short game, notes, videos/photos, a TWGA instruction manual and other goodies. Class is limited to 4 students and is for adults or mature juniors. Cost per person is $250. (Minimum 2 students)

We are open for Private Lessons all winter if the weather permits BUT we also have the ability to use the Embers Golf Indoor Center and the Diamond Baseball/Golf Indoor Center for Private Lessons.

 

Spend a completely customized Half Day or Full Day with Trent Wearner in a one-on-one setting.

Begin by receiving and returning our comprehensive questionnaire well in advance of your private golf school.

Based on the weakest areas of your game, Trent will devise a customized program for the day.  During your day with Trent any of our state-of-the-art technologies including our Foresight Sports GC Quad, Trackman or FlightScope X3 launch monitors, Science And Motion (SAM) Putt Lab, Bodi-Trak pressure mat, Hackmotion and/or SportsBox AI Biomechanics software can be utilized to enhance your learning experience.

Taking your game onto the course with Trent can also be part of this program.  Spend time on the course honing your on-course play and understanding, shot by shot, the elements you need to take into consideration to strategize and manage your game.

As a special guest of the academy you will receive lunch with Trent (for Full Day schools), a bag tag, his book Golf Scrimmages, printouts of your data, the academy’s instruction manual, a video of your swing, and your personalized Game Improvement Guide.  KEEP IN MIND, advanced scheduling is definitely necessary so call or email us soon to check availability.
