TRAVIS MORTON’s Adult Programs

Travis is a PGA Member who has been with Trent Wearner Golf for a few years and now teaches private lessons at both Legacy Ridge and Walnut Creek.  He also teaches at Raccoon Creek a few days a week.  He comes to us having worked with one of our former coaches, Ashley Tait, both who have great teaching and playing backgrounds.  Teaching is his passion and he’s very easy-going and likes to structure lessons around understanding students’ preferred method of learning to ensure they are successful. He’ll make sure every junior and adult feels comfortable and will make each session fun and productive.

A Colorado native, he played high school golf at Columbine High School and college golf at Colorado State University – Pueblo. He also played professionally for 12 years with 3 years on the Gateway Tour in Arizona as well as several PGA Section events and is a 4x winner.
