IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU

Our dedication to you, whether you’re an adult or junior, is unparalleled!  Each and every week we are fortunate enough to get a phone call, text or email from students who say they shot their record score, won a tournament or perhaps finally got their driver to behave! Some set course records and each year we regularly have multiple students qualify for national events. Here at the Trent Wearner Golf Academy we often already know the results of the tournaments. We follow our players online every day and converse to discuss their play. We encourage the student to regularly stay in touch with their coach because to make a difference it’s more than just about the time we spend together on the lesson tee or golf course, it’s the extra time outside of that where we really can make a difference.

Trent has had 42 students (both Adults and Juniors) qualify to play in National USGA Events.  On the junior golf front, Trent leads the region in junior golf coaching and player development. The academy has had a total of 25 juniors win the High School Individual State Title (Trent has had 16 crowned as champion and the staff has had 9).  Trent has also had an amazing 20 juniors represent Colorado in the prestigious Junior America’s Cup.  He has had over 120 students who are playing or have played college golf and several who have moved up to playing mini-tours and the Canadian PGA Tour who he still coaches (more highlights can be seen below).  With the accomplishments of Trent’s students, the Colorado PGA has recognized him as a 4-Time Adult/Junior Player Development award winner as well as a 3-Time Colorado PGA Teacher of the Year.

We realize however it’s not just about being at the top. Each golfer has different goals and abilities. Some just want to enjoy the game more or not embarrass themselves while some are striving to make their high school team, others want to play college golf and others are striving to make a mark on a national level. We recognize this and match the instruction and information to each golfer helping them achieve their goals. There are so many attributes that can be learned from the game of golf regardless of one’s ability that participation at any level is good for the game. The lessons learned in trying to maximize your potential in golf are applicable across a number of disciplines in life and the golfer who strives for this excellence will not only become the best golfer he or she can be but also the best person.
